SHIPPING POLICY and DISCLAIMER
Shipping
WE OFFER FREE FIRST-CLASS SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NO INSURANCE on orders over $20.00.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

PROCESSING TIME IS 8 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 15 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED OR PREORDER ITEMS, WE DO NOT SHIP ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
ALL ITEMS SHIP USPS FIRST CLASS IF UNDER 13OZ, IF OVER 13 OZ WE STILL USE USPS BUT IT MAY SHIP PRIORITY OR PARCEL POST. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Please Note This Does NOT change the processing time. It just changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time. If you purchase the express mail upgrade it does NOT mean your purchase will ship next business day, it means when it is ready to ship after the production time stated it will ship express mail rather than first class.
We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.
In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again, we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice between First class $3.40 USD, Priority USPS $7.60 USD or Express USPS $40.00 USD. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us on skins that due to user error were installed incorrectly or damaged. Only if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don't want a replacement, we will refund the shipping fee, we will request the skin back or that you destroy the product and provide photographic proof that the product is no longer usable before we process the refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR SHIPPER’S FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE LIST ITEMS AS STICKERS AND WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE VALUE OF THE PRODUCT SHIPPED. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. IF YOU DO, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. YOU MUST READ THE POLICIES BEFORE ORDERING YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED. WE CANNOT TRACK PACKAGES SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY ONCE IT LEAVES THE USA, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.

RETURNS: You may exchange or return your unused Swingmax that has NOT been removed from the backing paper within 5 days of receipt, if you are returning the product for a refund, the refund will be issued minus the shipping charge (First Class, Priority or express), this includes a $3.40 USD deduction for the Free First Class shipping service, or your initial order qualified for FREE shipping, and your return falls under the $20.00 USD total, $3.40 USD will be deducted from your refund plus a 5% restocking fee. We welcome exchanges within 5 days of receipt. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at fault of (Team Swingmax) we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges.  We do not REFUND for damage of package, if you like to add insurance to your order to cover this, please select USPS Priority or Express shipping at checkout and your shipment will be insured for up to $100 USD. In the case of an exchange or return due to a mistake on your part you will be responsible for the postage fee to send the exchange item back to us and for the shipping fee of USPS Priority $7.65 USD or First Class $3.40 USD to ship the new item to you.
EXCHANGES: Message us on by email within 5 DAYS of receiving you order with your order # and reason you would like to exchange or refund your skin and we will give you instructions. Do not send back your items without Team Swingmax approving the exchange. Once the return or exchange is approved mail to. BUYER is responsible for all shipping fees, customs, taxes. Please note that the item you may wish to exchange for may be out of stock or there could be a wait to receive it. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS FOR 5 DAY PERIOD. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit, USE A SHIPPING SERVICE WITH TRACKING.
Please also note if your order was customized there will be NO exchanges or refunds after your order is approved. Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.

Payment
We accept PayPal & All Major Credit Cards. Orders will not ship until payment has been received & cleared.

WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. IF YOU DO, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
 
DISCLAIMER
No refunds or exchanges for any of these occurrences, if you have any questions or doubts about how the Swingmax will look or react to your devices finish please contact us before ordering.
We are not responsible for damages to your device caused by the products we offer; damage is not likely to happen, but in the case of we are not responsible and there will no compensation for such damages.
Each design is adapted to each device in the best way possible, and some parts of the design might get cut due to the shape of each device.
